Let's dive in! Spoilers ahead!
Honestly funnily enough I read this book before with the intention of reviewing it, but for whatever reason it completely slipped my mind. And by the time I remembered that I had to review it, the memory was too long-faded to be able to provide the book a fair review. So now I gave it another read. Spoilers ahead.
I believe it's been like two years since I last read book three in this series, but I do still really want to finish it, so here we go. As far as I know the series ends with this book, at least at the moment. Spoilers ahead.
Finally I'm continuing (and hopefully soon, finishing) my Chronicles of Ancient Darkness journey. Let's see what awaits Torak, Wolf and Renn next. Spoilers ahead.
Let's take a look. Spoilers ahead! Oh, and a content warning for misogyny, abuse and SA does apply here. I don't go into detail in the review, but beware if you want to read the book yourself.
I've looked at book one before, so let's have a look at book two. Spoilers ahead.
Note: I read the Dutch edition of this book and thus only read the Dutch translated names of these characters. I cannot confirm the official English names of all of them, so some of the names in this review might be off from the official English version. I've tried my best to translate the Dutch names back into English and looked at some reviews to hopefully confirm them, but it might not be 100% accurate.
Saw this one randomly at the library and the cover looked interesting to me. Let's check it out. Spoilers ahead.
Note: The title of this book has been translated into English by me for the reading comprehension of this blog's viewers as the book itself isn't available in English (yet). The original title reads Wolvenvrouw.
This one looked interesting to me, so I picked it up from the library. Spoilers ahead. Also, this review will contain mentions of sexual assault, read at your own risk.
Note:
This book isn't
available in English (yet). The original title reads De Bende van de Bokkenrijders #4: Het loon van de duivel.
The final book in a series I really like. Spoilers ahead.
